Singer-actress Selena Gomez to sell her estate in a gated Calabasas community

Singer and actress Selena Gomez has listed her house in a gated Calabasas community for sale at $4.495 million. She bought the compound a year and a half ago for $3.69 million.

The more-than-three-acre property features a main house with five fireplaces, stone tile floors, a kitchen with an island, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a theater, a gym, a wine cellar, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The master suite, painted a passionate purple, has a sitting area and an enormous closet.

The 7,786 square feet of living space also includes a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse with a kitchen.

There’s a four-car garage and on-site parking for more than 10 vehicles. A swimming pool with a spa, a cabana, an outdoor kitchen and a brick pizza oven complete the grounds.

Gomez released her second solo album, “Revival,” this year. She recorded three albums earlier as part of Selena Gomez & the Scene.

The 23-year-old will star in the upcoming movies “In Dubious Battle,” “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising” and “The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving.” She was on the television shows "Wizards of Waverly Place"(2007-12) and "Barney & Friends" (2002-04).

Not to be outdone by the angels at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Selena Gomez, 23, went braless in a black dress with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit. The annual VS show, which made its way back to NYC on November 10 at the Regiment Armory, included tons of must-see moments from Lily Aldridge sporting the $2 million Fantasy Bra to Selena’s sexy performance.

We’ve been beyond excited to see Sel hit the stage since it was announced last month that she would be performing at the VS show, and we knew she would nail it in the wardrobe department. Selena looked smoking hot for her performance during the PINK section, wearing an all-black ensemble with a completely open front that showed off her cleavage and a high slit at the front. She paired the dress with black heeled booties and a statement-making necklace.

For the rest of her look, Sel took a cue from the angels and wore her dark hair in the signature bombshell waves. Her makeup was kept soft, too, with pink lips and cheeks and oversized lashes.

Earlier in the day Selena arrived for the show in a much more conservative outfit with camel colored leather pants and a long-sleeved white blouse. But since this was a Victoria’s Secret fashion show after all, we knew to expect a more skin-baring look once Selena took the stage.

Kylie Jenner and Justin Bieber have a lot in common. Both found fame at very young ages, due in part to the mothers who helped turn them into stars (Hi, Kris and Pattie!). But that early fame meant that they also grew up in the spotlight, and experienced both highs and lows as they tried to figure out their places in the world. And Justin, for one, thinks Kylie might actually have it worse than he does.

“I wouldn’t suggest being a child star," he told Billboard. It’s the toughest thing in the world. I want people to be more kind to young celebrities. Like Kylie [Jenner]. Look at her world: She has been living on TV since she was a kid. Every time she’s looking around she sees a camera, and that’s affecting how she’s thinking and how she’s perceiving people and why she has to do certain things...Situations that happen taint your mind, especially in this industry. Especially for girls.”

Justin's comments are especially poignant and self-aware considering how often people say the same things about the Biebs himself. He added that his life "might seem awesome from the outside, but I’m struggling. Certain things broke my trust with people. Situations happen that taint your mind. I started going through the motions. I felt like people were judging me all the time. I came out alive. I came out swinging. But I was close to letting [fame] completely destroy me.”
